RETURN POLICY
Applies to Item(s) Received Damaged in Transit (Photos must be Provided).
Once an Item(s) have been marked as Dispatched, you can not Cancel the order, You can Return the Item(s) Buyer Pays Return Postage,
All Items must be in their Original Wrapping and Condition unopened and not tampered with. The Original Postage Paid by Hit Movies will be deducted from the Refund. If you wish to Cancel an Order,There is how ever a charge to orders that are Cancelled before Dispatch, this is normally a percentage of the total paid, these are fees i pay and will be deducted from the Refund (Max 4% from the Total amount paid)
Lost Item(s) in Transit, will be Refunded after 10 Working Days (Weekends Not Included) as per Royal Mail Terms and Conditions. The Royal Mail has 10 Working Days to Deliver your Item(s) before its Classed as Lost.
FAST DELIVERY
1ST Class Single Item Up to 250g and 1st Class Multiple Items £1.70 Extra. (Please note 1ST & 24HR Services are not Guarantee only Special Delivery is)
1ST Class 24hr Service £1.70 Extra
If you wish to have any other Service from the Royal Mail eg: Special Delivery, please Contact me first so i can adjust the postage price.
I don`t charge an extra penny more than what i pay for different Services by the Royal Mail.
